Merry Christmas!!!!

The kids sang "Away in a Manger" at church last Sunday. Sam was a wise man and Ethan played Joseph. It was really cute.




The boys got a Power Wheels jeep from mommy and daddy. It is a scary thought to ever think of them driving a car!!

Hope everyone had a blessed Christmas! My parents drove from Georgetown, TX to spend a week with us. We are glad they could come. Simon has his first ear infection, so we have not gotten many good holiday pics yet.

Krispy Kreme!!

Last weekend we all went with 13 middle schoolers to Pigeon Forge to the Miracle Theater and to Lazerport. The boys got to ride go carts for the first time. That night, they also had fun at Krispy Kreme with the middle schoolers. As you can see from the tired eyes, it was one exciting day! It was lots of fun for all of us and Simon had his first church trip adventure!!

ETHAN IS 5!!!!!

Well, today Ethan turned the big 5!! The presidental election may not have gone the way we wanted, but it was a happy day to see our sweet little one have a fun day! Here are some pictures from his day. We went out to eat last night and did cake and presents today.

The 3 Little Spooks

Here are some pics of the boys on Halloween. They went trick or treating and had a camp fire with some of our friends from church.

If you can't tell by the pics, Ethan is a pirate, Sam is a cowboy and Simon is a skeleton.

Simon is 3 months old!

Tomorrow, Simon will be 3 months old!!! After about 15-20 attempts, we finally got a picture of him smiling. Out of the 3 boys, he is definitely the calmest baby!!

Fall Is Here!!

Today was the last day of Upward Flag Football/Cheerleading and the boys enjoyed playing in the leaves by the church with their middle school "girlfriends" Maggie and Kelsie. Today was our first fall-like day in Tennessee and all the pretty colors are starting to show on the trees. This is our favorite time of year. This is a rare treasure and miracle to get both boys to smile at the same time.

Sittin' Simon

This week we put Simon in the "bumbo" seat. He is excited about looking around the room and seeing everything from a new perspective. He is 2 months old and weighs 11 lbs 13 oz. That is pretty big for a Gengler kid. Now we just need him to start sleeping through the night...

Aunt Jennifer's Visit

This past weekend, Aunt Jennifer from Hunt, TX came to visit us and see Simon for the first time. We had lots of fun. The boys loved seeing their "Aunt Jenniper" as they call her. We are looking forward to a Texas trip in May!

SIMON LUKE Skywalker

The kids went to a Star Wars theme Birthday party and Simon decided to get in the spirit with his own light saber since he is a jedi with the middle name Luke. Have a great weekend!

Lake Day

A few weeks ago, we were invited to go to the lake with some friends and their 3 boys. Ethan and Sam got over their fear of water.. well mostly. We had a lot of fun. I am just now getting around to posting pics from our fun day. Please start praying for Sam. He is having his tonsils out on the 22nd. He is not a very good patient when he is sick. =)

Fun with Friends

We had our monthly "mom's night out" on Friday at the Sunset Marina on beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. We surprised our friend Kristen on her 20th birthday! We had lots of fun without our kiddos and husbands!! =)

This weekend, Jeremy's mom Richelle is visiting from Texas. This is the first time for her to see Simon. We are enjoying having her this weekend.

1 month old

Ethan's first day of school

This is a little late, but Ethan started pre-K last week. He loves school and is having a great time making new friends!

Big Brothers

Ethan and Sam love holding baby Simon. They think being big brothers is lots of fun! =) Ethan starts school next week and Sam will be starting 3 year old Head Start on August 25th. It will just be mommy and Simon hanging out while mommy works from home part-time. Hope you like the pics! Have a great weekend!

Big boy Simon

Well, we are adjusting to life with 3 boys under the age of 5. They are lots of fun! My mom was able to come and help for a week. That was such a blessing! Jeremy is taking some much needed vacation. Simon went to the doctor and now weighs 7 lbs 7 oz. He is our biggest baby. We are so thankful for a healthy baby and look forward to raising our boys to be godly men.

My Granny

Last week, on July 24th, my Granny passed away after a long cancer battle. She was 84. This picture was taken in May, when Ethan got to go to Dallas with me for a quick weekend trip. It was a blessing that we were able to see her.

We all miss her lots already.

Tired of being pregnant =(

Okay, little Simon should be here soon. If not within the next two weeks, my wonderful doctor will induce me.... yippee! I am a huge boat of a person. Pray he makes a safe entrance. I don't do epidurals so I hope it will be a quick labor. 3 pregnancies in 5 years is a little tiring. Oh well, the boys are worth it! Ethan and Sam are excited about a new brother and are now roommates so we can still have a guest room when family comes. Sorry I have not blogged in awhile. Stay tuned for pics of baby Simon...
Ethan is starting school in less than two months! Where has the time gone?? We have lived in 3 states in his short life. It is nice to have some stability for awhile....

Rhiannon Elizabeth Gengler

Here are some pics of Sam's birthday gift... a new puppy named Rhiannon. She is our little doggie diva that is keeping mom company so she is not the only gal in the house. Rhiannon is 1/2 beagle and 1/2 Airedale terrier. The boys are excited to have a new addition to the family and mom has to admit she kinda likes the dog. Dad is pretty ecstatic as well.

Spring!!!!

Hope everyone had a blessed Easter. We are a little slow at sending Easter pics due to technical digital camera problems. Sam turns 3 in less than 2 weeks and will be having a party at McDonalds with friends. He requested a "Mickey" party and is looking forward to 3 candles and cake. Ethan is really excited about baby Simon coming and got his school physical to start pre-K in the fall! They grow up too fast!!!!

We are getting a baby brother!

Here is the first picture of our new brother who will be arriving sometime the end of July. We are really excited. No sisters for us!!!

Maybe mom and dad will get us a sister puppy someday....
